Cask and Barrel definitely ticks the box of pubs I take for granted! I must say I’ve never been into Mather’s but Barony is another one along the same lines for me

I love walking over the first bridge at the Shore on a winter evening and seeing the Roseleaf lit up - it’s like a painting
